Brewed with a combination of Canadian two-row and Canadian wheat. Itsportion of wheat malt is as high as 57%.Mosaic hops are generously added at the end of boiling.And it is oak-aged for over a whole year.
It is perfect for sipping, with a rich texture and high alcohol, with pronounced grain aromas, bready, nutty, oaky and interesting complexity from malt, hops, fruity yeast character, alcohol and oak.
